## Abstract
High-school and early-undergraduate students with limited AI/finance backgrounds built meaningful ETF prediction models over one summer. Human graduate mentors provided conceptual guidance; AI tools accelerated code generation and iteration. Daily stand-ups focused on problem formulation and conceptual understanding. Demonstrates project-driven, just-in-time learning enabled by AI co-mentorship.
