Key Findings
Survey of 245 higher ed students using Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT). Found positive relationships between effort expectation and performance expectation, with confirmation of GenAI collaboration significantly influencing intentions. GenAI distrust negatively moderates both (1) the effort→performance expectation link and (2) confirmation→collaboration intention link. Extends ECT to Human-AI collaboration in education.
